Great article Matt and a good reminder about affirmations too. I love meditation but do tend to skip the affirmations… will be adding these back in and be more mindful of any self deprecating comments.
Yeah! You know, I find if I do them regularly, well… mostly regularly ;) Sometimes, my affirmation will randomly pop into my mind throughout the day, and then I know it’s sunk deep into my subconscious.
